To reset your password, please visit this link:
- Click Sign In
- Type in your MCC email address and click Next
- Students: username@students.mchenry.edu
- Employees: username@mchenry.edu
- Click Forgot my password
- Follow the prompts to reset your password
Note: This will update your password for your email, Canvas, Self-Service, and myMCC.
Password Criteria
Cannot be a previously used password
Cannot contain more than two consecutive letters of the user's name
Must be at least 12 characters in length
Must contain characters from three of the following four categories
Uppercase letter (A-Z)
Lowercased letter (a-z)
Number (0-9)
Symbol (for example: !, #, $, %)
