Are you traveling outside the USA and need access to the MCC network? The IT Department needs to know.
When an MCC student or employee travels outside the USA and needs access to the MCC Network, additional security steps are required. At least 3-5 business days before the trip, submit an IT ticket at https://itsupport.mchenry.edu or contact the IT Help Desk at 815-455-8457 so that temporary access can be requested.
Avoid international calling fees. If you have already left the USA, you will be required to call the IT Help Desk in person to verify your identity before your request can be processed. Someone else cannot make the request on your behalf.
Information needed:
1) Your name and MCC email address
2) What country or countries you will visit
3) The specific dates you will be in the country or countries
4) A non-MCC personal email address, in case IT needs to contact you
